How long is the performance?

Approximately 65-70 minutes.

 

Is there an intermission?

No, the performance is without intermission.

 

Are the tickets numbered?

The concert tickets are typically sold in several price groups where the seats are not numbered.  At the venue, on a first come first serve basis, you can sit within your section where an empty seat is available. Our recommendation for visitors is to come early, the venue will be open 60 minutes before the concert.

 

Are children allowed to attend the concert?

You are in the best position to assess how your children will behave at the concert.  There is no restriction in place from the organizers.  At the same time, it is your full responsibility to ensure your children will not disturb attendees siting next to your family.  There are, at this point, no discounted tickets for children available.

 

Are tickets available onsite?

Yes, but please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for ticket purchase and with exact cash. Clients are strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance via our website as the given concert may be sold out.

 

Is photography permitted?

No photography or recording is permitted, except at the beginning or end of the performance. 

 

Are there washrooms onsite?

Yes, however washrooms are accessible only before and after the performance. 

 

Can I arrive late?

Latecomers will be admitted but only in between the individual pieces in order not to disturb musicians nor other concert attendees. 

 

Can I make a bank transfer to purchase a ticket?

No, we do not use a bank transfer as this method is not connected to ticket issuance.  You can purchase your tickets directly on our web site:

After the payment the tickets will be send to your email address. 

 

I made an online payment but did not receive tickets?

If you only received a proof of payment but no tickets, please, check your email spam basket.  In case you did not find the tickets there, please send an email to info@moonlightimmersive.com and your tickets will be emailed to you.

 

Can I get a refund?

No, all ticket sales are final per our Refund Policy and refund is provided only in case of concert cancellation.

 

In case I cannot attend the concert, can I get a refund?

No, all ticket sales are final per our Refund Policy, see above, but you may offer your tickets to your friends and simply forward the tickets to another person. 

 

Are the candles real?

No. For safety reasons, we use LED candles.
