How long does the performance last?
Approximately 70 to 75 minutes.
Is there an intermission during the performance?
No, the performance will take place without an intermission.
How should I understand the ticket numbering?
Tickets are typically sold in several price categories, which are divided into different sections, and individual seats are not numbered. Upon arrival, you can sit anywhere within the section you have chosen. We recommend arriving early, as this will give you more seating options.
Is it allowed to bring children to the concert?
Yes, bringing children is at your discretion. Please ensure that the children do not disturb other visitors. We do not offer discounted tickets for children, but if the child is under 5 years old and sits on your lap, they do not need their own ticket.
Is it possible to buy tickets directly at the venue?
Yes, however, in this case, we do not reserve tickets in advance and cannot guarantee that tickets will be available in your preferred section. If you choose this option, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts and ideally with the exact amount in cash.
Is photography allowed during the performance?
Photography and video recording are allowed, but only without the use of a flash and from your seat, in a way that respects the other visitors.
Are toilets available at the venue?
Yes, toilets are available at all of our concert venues.
What happens if I arrive late for the performance?
In case of late arrival, you will be allowed entry only during the applause, meaning at a break in the music, so as not to disturb the musicians and other visitors.
Is payment by bank transfer possible?
Unfortunately, we do not use bank transfers as a payment method, as they are not linked to ticket issuance. You can purchase tickets directly on our website: https://www.moonlightimmersive.com/cs.
After making the payment, your tickets will be automatically sent to your email address.
I paid for the tickets, but they haven't arrived in my email.
They are likely in your email's "spam" or "promotions" folder. Please check these folders, and if you still can't find the tickets, feel free to contact us. If the payment was processed and you received a payment receipt, the tickets are valid, and you will be allowed entry to the concert with just the payment receipt.
If I cannot attend the concert, can I request a refund?
No, but your tickets are transferable and will not be wasted. You can offer them to your friends or someone else. Tickets can easily be forwarded.
In case I cannot attend the concert, can I get a refund?
No, all ticket sales are final per our Refund Policy, see above, but you may offer your tickets to your friends and simply forward the tickets to another person.
Are the candles real?
No, for fire safety reasons, we use LED candles.
When does the concert entrance open?
We open the entrance for visitors 60 minutes before the concert starts. We recommend that our visitors arrive on time, as it can be difficult to find available seats in the dimly lit church.
Is wheelchair access available at all seating areas?
Yes, all concert seating areas are wheelchair accessible. We will be happy to help you find a spot that suits you best.
Is it possible to use a ZTP discount?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer ZTP discounts for our concerts.
Are the church premises heated?
The church premises are heated, but only to a limited extent. When choosing your clothing, please consider the current weather and keep in mind that if it is cold outside, it will also be cooler inside the church.
Is it possible to request a tax invoice afterwards?
The ticket itself serves as a simplified tax document, which you can use for your own or your employer's accounting purposes.
Do you have a dress code for the concert?
There is no set dress code for the event, and it is not necessary to dress formally. It's entirely up to you what you choose to wear. However, being elegant never hurts. :-)
